These terms apply when you browse WPGroups, send a group link, file a report, or write to us. If you do not agree, leave the site.

If you use this site
Opening a page, sending a form, or tapping Join means you accept these terms. You also agree to follow WhatsApp’s own rules and the law where you live. If you send a link for someone else, you still answer for that link.
This is a website contract with WPGroups. It is not legal advice. It is not a deal with WhatsApp or Meta.
What the site is
WPGroups lists public WhatsApp group invites and the name, text, and photo WhatsApp already shows on that invite. We may also show category, country, language, a status label, and related groups.
We do not run the chats. After you leave this site, WhatsApp and the group admins are in charge. We can change or stop any part of the directory. We do not promise the site will always be up or that a link will work.
Age
You must be old enough to use WhatsApp in your country. Parents are responsible for children who use the open web. We do not try to collect data from children under 13.
Sending links and messages
You can browse without an account. If you add a group, report a listing, or contact us, we may need your name, email, and the words you type. We can refuse a listing, change its category or country, hide it, or remove it.
Send only invites you are allowed to share. Do not send private groups that hide their name, dead links, copies of a listing that is already here, or links meant to trick people. Active, Inactive, and Full come from our checks. They can be wrong or late.
Permission to show your listing
When you send a link, you give us permission to store it and show it on this site, in search results, and in backups. That permission lasts while the listing is here and for copies we need to keep the site running. You do not get paid for that.
You confirm the invite was already public, that you are allowed to share it, and that showing it does not break someone else’s rights. To take a listing down, use Contact and paste the page URL.
What you cannot do
Do not use this site to break the law, harm children, cheat people, or attack the site. Examples:
- Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit group invites, including 18+ and NSFW links.
- Sexual content about anyone 17 or under, including drawings and grooming.
- Scams, fake login pages, viruses, fake jobs, fake profit, or pretending to be a company or official.
- Selling or arranging illegal drugs, weapons, or stolen data.
- Heavy automated copying that loads the site or dumps the whole directory.
- Sending the same invite again and again, or hiding what the group is really for.
- Threatening staff or using Report to harass someone.
We may remove a listing, hide Join, slow down forms, or report a case to a host or to the police when we think we must.
Other companies
Join opens WhatsApp. We also load the public invite page from WhatsApp. Ads, stats tools, or image hosts may load if they are turned on. Those companies have their own rules. We are not responsible for what happens after you leave this site.
Who owns what
The WPGroups name, layout, and the words on these policy pages belong to the site owner. Group names, photos, and texts usually belong to the group admin or come from WhatsApp’s public preview. WhatsApp and Meta belong to their owners. Listing a group does not mean we own it.
If a listing uses your photo or brand without leave, write through Contact. Send the page URL, how we can reach you, and what you own. We review complete notes.
No promise
The site is offered as it is. We do not promise that a listing is true, that an invite will keep working, that a group is safe, or that our checks catch every dead link. We also do not promise the site will fit a special purpose you have in mind.
If you get hurt or lose money
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for extra or indirect loss, lost profit, lost data, or injury from using this site or from joining a listed group. That includes scams, abuse, bad files, and fights between members.
If a court still finds us liable, the most we will pay for all claims about this site is the money you paid us in the last three months, or 25 US dollars, whichever is higher. Some places do not allow that cap. There the cap applies only as far as the law lets it. A right the law says you cannot give up is still yours.
If you cause a claim against us
If your listing, your report, or your misuse of the site causes a legal claim against us, you cover our reasonable costs, unless a court finds we caused the harm on purpose.
Changes
We can update these terms. The date at the top is the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply to later visits. We can take a listing down or close the directory. The parts about permission, no promise, harm, and claims still apply after that.
Law and contact
These terms follow the laws of India. If there is a court case, it will be in India, unless a consumer law in your country says you must sue closer to home.
